One question is how many people can practice who are working from 9.00 AM -5.00 PM jobs? Therefore, this is not easy and practical for the workplace. Because the working people get only fixed intervals to have food. Taking smaller foods should be healthy as well. That is also another challenge for the working people. Because the majority of the working people used to buy their food from outside. Finding healthy foods which are good for weight loss purposes every three hours from outside is not an easy task for the working cloud.

But, the findings of that research were, that there is no special benefit for reducing weight or negative effect on having smaller meals. Moreover, there were many types of research done in the recent past on this. They found that people use to eat more than usual when they start having six meals or five meals without their knowing. Therefore, that affected negatively for the responders. They get more weight than early as they get over food than they get usual.

Therefore, I have to say that there is no considerable number of success stories under this method. So, let me say that we did not find any evidence to prove this method. Therefore, you have to follow the limitations and its conditions strictly, if you follow this method with the hope of reducing weight.
