It is important to mention here that this method is not suitable for each and everyone in the population. Because, the patients who suffer from different problems, the people who take daily medicines, older people, breastfeeding mothers, physically weak persons, and pregnant mothers are special here. They cannot take risk of fasting continuously for two days and not taking food. Please don’t try this method though you are overweighed. That’s risky. You can try this only if you are in good health.    

If your body is weak you may feel faint while you do the 02 days fasting time period. Otherwise, some people have faced some difficulties in sleeping. That means they frequently get up in the middle of their sleep at night. There are some people who suffered from headaches too. Sometimes you may feel tired.  If you face such difficulties during the 02 days fasting time period, you must stop fasting at that time. That means your body is weak or not ready to face such a challenge.

The people who suffer from diabetes must not practice this method. Because diabetics are directly dealing with insulin changes.
